- Strong work ethic and excellent time management
- Able to lift and move materials up to 80 lbs
- Valid driver's license required
Project Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in construction project management
- Comprehensive knowledge of tile and stone installation processes
- Proficiency with Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills, driven, and capable of thriving in dynamic environments
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Familiar with OSHA, SST and EPA regulations
Tile Installers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management
- Punctual and reliable
- Expertise in floating walls and mudset floors
- Skilled in precise tile layout, cutting, and grouting
- Ability to interpret detailed plans and measurements
- Capable of lifting and handling materials (60-75 lbs)
- Personal tools and dependable transportation required
Technical & Production Roles
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Studio Technician / Kiln Operator
- Maintains kilns, tools, and materials; handles firing schedules.
- Mold Maker / Slip Caster
- Creates molds for repeated ceramic production.
- Stone Fabricator / Finisher
- Cuts, shapes, and polishes stone for sculptures or architectural use.
- Materials Scientist (Ceramics)
- Works on clay and glaze chemistry, material properties, and innovation.
Stone Fabricator
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques including water fabrication, epoxy application, coloring/tinting, sanding/honing, and polishing
- Strong commitment to quality and detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs
